I have been using Curaim for the past 9 years, during which time; I have always found them to be professional and honest in their approach albeit a maintenance task or new installation.
They may not be the cheapest Company for maintenance services, but they are certainly the best that I know, and consequently they carry out over 95% of my air conditioning works. Curaim are certainly my first choice for any air conditioning works by a long margin.
In respect to system failures, I have never had a problem contacting a representative day or night, and their office administration always deals with the callout pleasantly, no matter how awkward the call may be. The Engineers attend promptly and their ability and knowledge in solving the problem means that most systems are brought back into service within hours, unless there is a major component failure.
Most of my Contracts involve occupied premises, and as such the engineers that attend service callsmust be courteous and have a good disposition when dealing with my clients. Curaim's engineers have never disappointed me and surpass in this respect.
In addition, some of my work involves out of hours working/maintenance in un-attended offices. Curaim are well trusted both by me and my clients such that are given security access cards and are allowed to carry out the task without any additional supervision. The workplace is always left in a clean & tidy state at the completion of their works.
I cannot recommend Curaim (UK) Ltd highly enough.

Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
We are the Chartered Institute based in EC2. We own our building of 42,000 sq.ft., over 7 floors but it is actually two separate buildings joined together
via an adjoining internal walkway, which makes for a complicated system layout plus the fact that both buildings were built in different era's i.e., one being built in the 1930's and the other during the 1960's.
Curaim have been responsible for servicing our air conditioning equipment for a number of years, and we have found them to be punctual when attending site to carry out either repairs or maintenance works. They work efficiently and carry out their duties in a safe, tidy and workmanlike manner.
Curaim do not waste time in getting to the heart of the problem and are quick to supply enough information so that an informed decision can easily be
made about repairs etc.
Curaim have been very helpful during times when we have carried out internal moves and will attend site at short notice if they have the manpower
available which they normally do.
Additionally, when we recently carried out a feasibility study as we were looking at replacing the system we asked Curaim to supply a report on the existing equipment which they were happy to do and in a timely manner.
